Heirloom Tomato Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette
Perparation Time: 15 minute

Serves 4 people

Ingredients:

2 lbs of mixed Heirloom Tomatoes (yellow and red)

3 large balls of Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, about 3 oz each, drained

6 fresh basil sprigs

Balsamic Vinaigrette

 

1.  Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella balls into ¼ inch slices. 

2.  Arrange the tomato and cheese slices, alternating, on a large chilled plate.

3.  Sprinkle with Salt and Pepper

4. Drizzle Balsamic Vinaigrette and garnish with basil sprigs. 

5. Serve with extra vinaigrette on the side at the table.
